Our general return policy: All sales are considered final and are nonrefundable. Returns will not be accepted without an approved RMA number. Returns due to buyer's remorse, if approved are subject to a 20% restocking fee less shipping fees.. All items are shipped either UPS unless otherwise mentioned or agreed. All items shipped are insured. Should an item arrive damaged due to shipping, claims should be made within 48 hours of receipt, no exceptions. All original packing materials, including peanuts, bubble wrap, box, shipping labels, etc., should be present at time of inspection by UPS claim inspector. If original packaging materials are not present at time of inspection, your claim may be denied and we can not be held liable for any outcome. For Canadians & International winners: Shipping outside the U.S. is solely the buyers responsibility. We are not liable for any shipment issues. We will arrange for pick up and delivery destination
only. Should a package arrive damaged, we will assist buyer
